Returns

Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days after you receive your purchase. Items that are made to size or customized in any way are not returnable. All returns require a Return Authorization. To start a return, please use our contact us. Returns must be unworn and include the original packaging. Upon approval, we will contact you with return address information and RMA number. Items sent back without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

Please allow 2-4 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. Your credit card will be credited for the cost of the item, less the cost of shipping.

Shipping

All our jewelry is handmade. Items not on hand at the time of order will be shipped approximately in 3 to 4 weeks from the order date. If you have a time-specific requirement date, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.

We currently offer free Priority Mail shipping with purchases over $300.00. Overnight shipping is available for an additional $25.00.

Shipping to international destinations is unavailable at this time.
